What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is always free! We deliver in 3-5 days with DPD.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are always free! In the unlikely event you need to return a tray, please get in touch with us at katherine@zazoodesign.com and we will sort this for you!

What are your trays made from?

Our beautiful trays are made from recycled MDF and Mango wood. MDF is sustainable and environmentally friendly, made from wood shavings that would otherwise be discarded. Mango wood is highly sustainable and durable, comparable to oak. Our trays are glazed for a gorgeous shine and waterproof finish.

Where are your trays made?

Our trays are ethically and sustainably made by our fantastic artisans in India and Vietnam.

Do you offer discounts or hold sales?

We do! Please follow our Instagram @zazoodesign for regular updates on sales and discounts! We also do giveaways, where you can win a tray for free by getting involved! Details are over on our Instagram page here.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We don't have a fixed shop, but we often hold pop-ups, with stalls at farmer's markets, crafts and artisan fairs, as well as large events like Goodwood. We'd love to see your wonderful faces - the full list of upcoming fairs and pop-ups can be found on our website here, plus on our Instagram here.

Where are you based?

We're based in Gloucestershire, England. It's deep in the countryside and we love it - lots of natural beauty in the area inspires Katherine's designs.

The tray I love is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

Please email katherine@zazoodesign.com to notify us of your choice of tray - we will do our very best to sort this for you.

What is the Hands Up Foundation?

Hands Up is a small and innovative charity that funds health and education programmes in Syria and neighbouring countries. Their aim is to make a truly positive difference to Syrians in need. Working directly with local organisations, who know the needs and context of their local communities better than anyone, their work is simple, impactful, and transparent. Zazoo Design is proud to support the Hands Up Foundation, actively getting involved with fundraising and donating a significant proportion of its profits to this amazing charity.
